Samson's Resort Photos Needed!

I've been communicating with Elaine from The Manor Guest House in South Haven, after doing a Google Image search for "Samson's Resort". I figured some of our old phots from the resorts would be a great addition to the "Samson's Resort Room" at the Manor. If you have, or know anyone who has photos from Samson's Resort, or even South Haven that you feel would benefit the Manor Guest House or the new South Haven Historical Society, please forward them to me at frank@nevadasitedesigns.com. Please DO feel free to include The Manor in your travel blogs or sites. We have been here 19 years and we were the
first of the "returned resorts" to celebrate the old traditions and places. Now the town has finally realized the
importance of these old treaditions, memories and times.

South Haven JUST started a Historical Society, so many of the relics and heirlooms now have a central place
for viewing. We have donated much of our own collection, the rest is in the inn.

Let me know if you are planning a trip back to South Haven so that I can give you a tour through The Manor
and it's relics.

I’ve sent out an email to my family to see if we can come up with some old photos. I have a few that I can scan and send….I know I have one of my father, Max Okun, standing by the pool at Fidelman’s Resort….probably taken in the late 50’s. We were close with Sheila Fidelman.

Also, I have a Samson-Okun blog, and also represent a few travel-related websites (I do website design and marketing). Can I place a link, and story on those sites?

I was born in South Haven and like my older two sisters and three brothers, pretty much was raised at the resort. I’m wondering if you have any old photos of Samson’s, or if you might need a few…I think my sister may have some.
